What is your vision and mindset
What kind of visions do YOU have? I am Catarina Malmrot and my visions in my company are:
To strengthen the organizations’/ companies’ leadership, efficiency and employee health. It also includes organizational development, improvement measures/quality aspects and conflict management if the need exists. Lifelong learning and skills development, among people with a common goal and a shared responsibility for everyone’s health. Research has shown that investment in staff for a long time means that the company or organization achieves higher efficiency and quality. Everyone needs training in leadership to be succeeded and developed today and tomorrow. By becoming aware of their strengths and exaggerated strengths, they can strengthen and adapt their leadership skills. Through development and reflection, groups become effective teams that constantly reflect and improve their way of working. Which way do you choose?
I have been listening to Bruny Surin, Canadian truck and field athlete of a gold medal in 4×100 meters relay of the 1996 summer Olympic Games.
I have also listened to the Australian, Steven Bradbury, who won the men’s short track 1000 meters event at the Salt Lake City winter Olympic Games. Many with me remember how his concurrent felt down in the end of the track, but how many of you knew about the accident, which was 18 month before the Olympic Games, where he took his Gold medal. He broke his neck in training and spent the next two month in a halo brace.
Both Bruny Surin, Steven Bradbury and my old relative, Håkan Malmrot, who won 2 gold medals in swimming, 200 and 400 meters at the summer Olympic Games in Antwerpen 1920, knew about mindset and visions. Picture from sok.se (Swedish Olympic Committee) My relative was also a very good athletic in other sports too, as competed in gymnastics and was district champion in long jump 1500 m running and cross country skiing 30 kilometers. What kind of mindset and visions DO YOU HAVE? Maybe I can help you to clarify it. Don’t hesitate to contact me.
