UL – Developmental Leadership
A premier leadership program based on research and 360-degree feedback
The Concept: A Journey Towards Developmental Leadership
Developmental Leadership (UL) is the leadership model used by the Swedish Defence University since 2003 for internal use and for the Swedish business community. The model is based on extensive research and is currently the most widely used leadership model in Sweden.
The program aims to provide participants with the tools to transition from conventional leadership to a more developmental style. By focusing on your daily behaviors and how they impact others, you learn to act as a role model, provide individualized support, and encourage creativity and participation within your team.
The course is based on a 360-degree feedback assessment, where your colleagues and employees provide their perspective on your leadership. This, combined with group exercises and reflection, gives you a unique opportunity to develop your leadership in a sustainable and effective way.
Certification: After completing the training, a certificate is issued to verify that the participant has attended this certified Developmental Leadership (UL) program.
