UGL – Understanding Group
and Leader
Sweden's most established leadership program for personal and professional growth
The Concept: A Journey of Self-Discovery and Group Dynamics
UGL is an experience-based leadership program focusing on how a group develops over time and what happens within the group during that journey. Unlike traditional courses, UGL is based on “here and now” experiences, allowing participants to reflect on their own behavior and its impact on others.
To maximize your personal development, we strive to create groups where participants are strangers to one another. Being among people you do not already know creates a safe space to step out of your everyday roles, encouraging you to open up more freely and reflect more objectively on your own actions and reactions.
Certification: Upon successful completion of the course, participants receive an official certificate confirming their participation in this certified UGL program.
